Founder, Emergenetics Europe

Sue Hartley, MBA, CPCC, is the founder of Emergenetics Europe.  She is also a Certified Coach, trainer and facilitator, with her own executive coaching company.  As founder, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Emergenetics Europe and is particularly keen to find new ways in which to help clients use Emergenetics to support their business goals.

Sue first came across Emergenetics over 7 years ago when she trained with Dr. Geil Browning (Founder, Emergenetics International).  She became the first person in the UK to become a Certified Associate and has been using Emergenetics ever since both as a powerful coaching tool and team building instrument.  Some of her UK based Emergenetics clients include Nestle, Universal Studios, Bank of America, Eurosport, Donna Karan and MindShare.

Her coaching and training qualifications and certifications include: Graduation from Corporate Coach University; Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Master NLP Practitioner.  She is trained in Appreciative Inquiry, LAB profiling, PCSI and Time To Think.  She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Prior to working as a coach, her business experience includes 2 years in investment banking and 10 years in marketing for Coca-Cola GB and as Brand Director for BSkyB.  She has an MBA from City University Business School and has been running her own business since 2000.  She combines her strong business background with her coaching skills and experience.

Sue lives in West London and works as a mentor to young people in her local community.

Consultant Associate, Emergenetics Europe

Fiona is a coach, trainer and Emergenetics Associate.  She has been involved with Emergenetics since its introduction to the UK.

Her academic qualifications include Human Psychology (BSc Hons) and Psychotherapy (DipTHP). Fiona is an accredited coach (APECS). She is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and accredited to administer and process psychometric testing (Emergenetics, MBTI and FIRO-B). She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Positive Psychology.

Fiona specialises in coaching senior executives through transitionary periods, typically promotions, restructures, mergers or new roles, but also mid life transitions in the context of work.  Work-life balance is at the heart of her work for herself and her clients. These principles are outlined in her book, The Balancing Act.

Fiona spent twelve years in advertising and media, which saw her at top international agencies, Ogilvy, Lintas and McCann Erickson. She latterly jointly ran a top media Company Universal McCann whose clients included Nestle, Sky, L’Oreal, Coca-Cola before leaving to set up her own coaching company.

David is building the Emergenetics Europe business with a model based around demand creation in corporate accounts fulfilled by an exclusive team of professional associates adding additional value to the customer at the point of delivery.

His background is in business and sales, having graduated with a business degree from Sheffield University.  A dynamic individual who relishes new challenges, he has run his own successful business and consultancy for the last couple of years.  Prior to that, he established a first class track record in selling for both start up and blue chip organisations.

David brings passion, energy and enthusiasm to Emergenetics Europe and is always looking for new and different ways to expand the business and support our partners and clients.

A sports enthusiast, David used to play squash and football competitively.  He now cycles, competes in duathalons and always finds time to watch Liverpool FC.
